The inaugural Fiesta Bowl was held in 1971; since then the annual collegiate football game is has increased in popularity, and delivered some of the highest scoring bowl games in recent history. The Fiesta Bowl truly came into its own in 1987 when it hosted a de facto national championship game between Miami and Penn State, both of which were independents at the time. Until 2006, the game was hosted in Tempe, Arizona. Starting in 2007, it began being held at the State Farm Stadium (formerly known as the University of Phoenix Stadium) in Glendale, Arizona.

The Fiesta Bowl is one of six bowls that takes turns hosting the national championship semi-final games. An action packed game that has been filled with double-overtime, trick plays, and clock beating touchdowns. Golden Tickets can make sure you are there for all of the high stakes action!
